| Condos/Town Homes up to 1,000 square feet: | $199.00 |
| Homes up to 1,500 square feet: | $250.00 |
| Homes from 1,501 to 2,000 square feet: | $275.00 |
| Homes from 2,001 to 2,500 square feet: | $300.00 |
| Homes from 2,501 to 3,000 square feet: | $350.00 |
| Homes from 3,001 to 3,500 square feet: | $400.00 |
| Homes above 3,501 square feet: | $0.12 per square foot |
| Pools and Spas: | No Additional Charge for Limited Visual Inspection |
| Homes 25 years or older: | add $25.00 |
Customers are encouraged to be present during or at completion of inspection. Our average inspection, including report preparation and report review will take approximately 2½-3 hours depending upon size, age, and condition of property.
Prior to delivery of inspection report, we require a signed Inspection Authorization Agreement. Unless arrangements are made prior to inspection, payment is due at completion of inspection.

An un-biased, color, photo-documented, same-day, 20 to 25 page detailed report documenting a thorough and extensive visual inspection of your home's structure and components, that meets or exceeds Arizona inspection requirements as described in the Standards of Professional Practice for Arizona Home Inspectors.
